Organic FOODSTAR bf is a native, hot-swelling wheat starch with consistently good viscosity. It is produced using selected wheat flour qualities and untreated spring water. Bio FOODSTAR bf is suitable for the production of processed cereal-based foods in accordance with Directive 2006/125/EC.
