Basic recipe Organic Pregelatinized Rice Flour R90

The addition of Pregelatinized Rice Flour R90* yields juicy baked goods which keep fresher longer. This recipe demonstrates how easy it is to use swelling flours. With the use of wheat starch, the baked goods achieve a fine and uniform structure.

Basic recipe for muffins:

Sugar*

Preparation:
Whip for 6 minutes using the all-in process.

Do not fill the cups completely and bake immediately at 190 °C for 25 min.

Chocolate chips or different types of fruit pieces can be mixed in.
The recipe makes about 60 pieces.
